Strong understanding in demand planning and supply chain management, Warehouse management and delivery system.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Obey the unified command of the CEO, strictly implement the work instructions, and be responsible to the CEO for all management actions;
Formulate the work standards and goals of the department;
Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual procurement strategic plans according to the business objectives of the enterprise, and provide suggestions and information support for major procurement decisions;
Understand the changes in the materials and spare parts that the company needs to purchase in the market, investigate and study the development rules of the purchased materials and spare parts in the industry, and conduct market research on the purchase prices of raw materials from upstream suppliers to maintain dynamic familiarity and filing;
Set the material procurement methods of the supply department (cash on delivery, payment on delivery, batch purchase, sporadic purchase, etc.) according to the authority, and submit for approval in special cases.
Responsible for the price review and evaluation of daily purchased products, standardize the purchase price; supervise and be responsible for the formulation and signing of purchase contracts, and strictly improve their own price negotiation methods and skills;
Responsible for establishing and improving the supplier evaluation system and standards, and evaluating the grade, quality, delivery date, price, service, credit and other capabilities of major suppliers;
Understand the supplier’s production process and key control points, assist in the production process or quality control issues, and avoid quality accidents; deal with procurement quality accidents in a timely and effective manner, with a timely rate of 100%;
Improve the development of Indonesian local product suppliers, and ensure that there are no less than 2 qualified suppliers;
Accurately record each supplier, regularly analyze and timely put forward relevant problems and suggestions for improvement;
Handle and coordinate the relationship with suppliers, quickly solve the quality and delivery problems of suppliers’ products, and continuously improve the quality of procurement;
Responsible for the collection and sorting of product system certification materials to ensure the completion of system certification goals;
Complete other tasks assigned temporarily;
